红外光斑的检测,包括红外光学系统象质的评定,激光光斑的测量,黑体腔口辐射分布的测量等等,这些都是光学检测中的重要项目。国外对红外光学系统象质的评定采用测量传递函数的方法,对激光光斑的检测采用小孔法、刀口法、狭缝法和罗奇环法等。对黑体腔口辐射分布的测量,我们还没有见到有关的报道。本文重点论述了这几种测量方法的基本原理,文中还简要介绍了近几年来我们提出的采用调制的方法,测量输出频谱来检测光学系统的象质,测量光学传递函数和检测黑体腔口辐射分布等,同时对上述几种方法的优缺点作出评述。
