相比于A股上市的高门槛,登陆新三板对于中小企业来说要容易很多。新三板挂牌企业数量已超1万家,扩容两年以来,挂牌企业已经是原来的20多倍,市场空前繁荣。但是在新三板、创业板中始终存在着一批长时期横盘、不涨不跌、成交量稀少的股票,业内把其称为“僵尸股”。
Compared to the high threshold of A-share listing, landing the new three-board for SMEs is much easier. The number of new three board listed companies has exceeded 10,000, two years since the expansion, the listed companies have been more than 20 times the original, unprecedented market prosperity. However, in the new three-board, the GEM there is always a group of long-term sideways, not up not down, the volume of scarce stocks, the industry called it “zombie stocks.”
