目的 :建立一种反相高效液相色谱法测定刺五加注射液中丁香苷含量的方法。方法 :用C18 ODS为固定相。甲醇 水 冰醋酸 (2 0 0∶80 0∶5 )为流动相。UV检测波长 :2 80nm。结果 :丁香苷浓度线性范围 0 .6 - 1.4μg·ml-1,r=0 .9999,样品平均回收率为 97.5 % (n =5 ) ,相对标准差RSD为 1.6 5 % (n =5 )。结论 :方法简便 ,准确 ,重复性好 ,可做为该制剂的含量测定方法。
Objective : To establish a reversed-phase high performance liquid chromatography method for the determination of syringin content in Ciwujia injection. Method : Use C18 ODS as the stationary phase. Methanol water glacial acetic acid (200:80 0:5) is the mobile phase. UV detection wavelength: 2 80 nm. RESULTS: The linear range of syringin concentration was 0.6-1.4 μg·ml-1, r=0.9999. The average recovery of the sample was 97.5 % (n = 5) and the relative standard deviation RSD was 1.6 5 % (n =5). . Conclusion : The method is simple, accurate and reproducible. It can be used as a method for determining the content of the preparation.
