目的探讨超声对输尿管下段结石的诊断价值及方法。方法超声显示输尿管下段纵切面、横切面可发现其内强回声块,后伴声影。结果超声诊断输尿管下段结石952例,均经碎石证实。结论超声诊断输尿管下段结石,准确、可靠,是首选方法。
Objective To investigate the diagnostic value and method of ultrasound in lower ureteral calculi. Methods Ultrasound showed the lower ureter longitudinal section, cross-section can be found within the strong echo block, with sound shadow. Results Ultrasound diagnosis of lower ureteral calculi 952 cases, confirmed by gravel. Conclusion Ultrasound diagnosis of lower ureteral calculi, accurate and reliable, is the preferred method.
