本文分析了我国体教结合发展取向的阶段性特点,以及现阶段存在的主要问题。竞技体育的“举国体制”仍有很强的生命力,体育的社会化、市场化又是必不可挡的发展趋势,竞技体育后备人才培养体系如何在这种形势下找到自己的发展点,仍是有待探索的难点课题。在对上海市体教结合发展状况进行调查分析的基础上,提出我国体教结合未来发展取向成为我国竞技人才培养的主要途径。
This article analyzes the stage characteristics of the development orientation of combination of sports and education in our country and the main problems in the current stage. The “national system” of competitive sports still has strong vitality. The socialization and marketization of sports are the unavoidable development trend. How does the sports reserve talents training system find its own development point under such circumstances? It is still a difficult issue to be explored. Based on the investigation and analysis of the development of the integration of sports and education in Shanghai, this paper puts forward that the orientation of combination of sports and education in our country should be the main way to train athletes in this field.
