一、中国成为反倾销重灾区 自1979年原欧共体对中国出口糖精发起首例反倾销调查以来,国外对华反倾销指控达460多起,涉及的商品达4,000多种,对我国出口产品发起反倾销调查的国家或地区33个。直接影响出口金额约160亿美元。1996年至今,中国已连续7年成为世界反倾销头号目标国。
First, China has become the hardest hit by anti-dumping Since 1979 when the European Community launched its first anti-dumping investigation on China’s export of saccharin, foreign anti-dumping allegations against China reached more than 460 and more than 4,000 kinds of commodities were involved. Anti-dumping investigations were launched on China’s export products 33 countries or regions. Directly affect the export value of about 160 billion US dollars. Since 1996, China has become the world’s top anti-dumping target country for seven consecutive years.
