特细砂颗粒级配单一是造成混凝土流动性差的主要原因,本文通过对比试验对特细砂配制混凝土关键技术进行了系列研究。研究结果表明:特细砂与机制砂复掺利用且掺量为25%时,混凝土工作性能优良、抗压强度满足施工要求,此时混凝土砂率为47%;特细砂与机制砂复掺所配制的混凝土物理力学性能优于普通河砂混凝土;特细砂的引入有助提升混凝土品质,降低能耗,有效降低优质河砂短缺地区混凝土的生产成本。
The main cause of the poor concrete flowability is the single grading of the fine sand particles. In this paper, a series of studies on the key technologies of the concrete preparation of the fine sand are carried out through comparative experiments. The results show that when the mixed fine sand and the composite sand are used in a mixed way and the dosage is 25%, the performance of the concrete is excellent and the compressive strength meets the requirements of the construction. At this time, the sand ratio of the concrete is 47% The physical and mechanical properties of the prepared concrete are better than ordinary river sand concrete. The introduction of ultra-fine sand can improve the quality of concrete, reduce energy consumption and effectively reduce the production cost of concrete in high-quality river sand shortage area.
