目的 比较米非司酮 10 0mg、5 0mg和 2 5mg用于紧急避孕的有效性、副反应及可接受性。方法 将 135例健康妇女随机分为三组。Ⅰ组 45例 ,米非司酮 10 0mg在无保护性交 72h内口服 ;Ⅱ组 45例 ,米非司酮 5 0mg在无保护性交 72h内口服 ;Ⅲ组 45例 ,米非司酮 2 5mg在无保护性交 72h内口服。结果 三组在妊娠率上无差异 ;米非司酮使下次月经周期延迟 (推迟≥ 7d)与剂量有关 ( P<0 0 1) ;其它副作用在三组间无显著性差异。结论 低剂量米非司酮用于紧急避孕同样是安全有效的。
Objective To compare the efficacy, side effects and acceptability of mifepristone 10 0 mg, 50 mg and 25 mg for emergency contraception. Methods 135 healthy women were randomly divided into three groups. 45 cases of group Ⅰ, mifepristone 10 0mg oral protection within 72h; 45 cases of group Ⅱ, mifepristone 50mg oral protection within 72h; 45 cases of group Ⅲ, mifepristone 25mg Unprotected sexual intercourse within 72h oral. Results There was no difference in pregnancy rate between the three groups. Mifepristone dose-dependently delayed the next menstrual cycle (postponed for more than 7 days) (P <0.01). Other side effects did not show significant differences among the three groups. Conclusions Low dose mifepristone is also safe and effective for emergency contraception.
