目的了解26%四聚杀螺胺悬浮剂(MNSC)现场灭螺效果和应用成本,评价其推广应用价值。方法选择河滩和湖滩为试验现场,评价MNSC喷洒法灭螺效果与使用成本;设50%氯硝柳胺乙醇胺盐可湿性粉剂(WPN)作为对照。结果喷洒MNSC后15 d,河滩钉螺死亡率为89.40%,钉螺密度下降了92.35%;WPN组钉螺死亡率为88.08%,钉螺密度下降了91.67%。在湖滩,MNSC组钉螺死亡率为86.59%,钉螺密度下降了90.05%;WPN组钉螺死亡率为87.01%,钉螺密度下降了91.71%。2个试验现场2种药物杀螺效果差异均无统计学意义(P均>0.05)。MNSC每应用100 m2的综合成本为15.03元,WPN每应用100 m2的综合成本为16.29元。结论MNSC杀螺效果好、使用成本低、对环境影响小,是一种值得推广应用的杀螺药物。
Objective To understand the on-the-spot molluscicidal effect and application cost of 26% tetramethoxyspion SC (MNSC) and evaluate the value of its application. Methods The riverside beach and lake beach were selected as test sites to evaluate the effect of MNSC spraying and the cost of using it. The 50% niclosamide ethanolamine salt wettable powder (WPN) was used as a control. Results On the 15th day after spraying MNSC, the mortality of Oncomelania japonica was 89.40% and the density of Oncomelania snails reduced 92.35%. The mortality of Oncomelania snails in WPN group was 88.08%, and the density of Oncomelania snails decreased 91.67%. On lake beach, the mortality of snail in MNSC group was 86.59%, and the density of snail decreased by 90.05%. The mortality of snail in WPN group was 87.01%, and the density of snail decreased by 91.71%. There was no significant difference in killing effect between the two drugs on the two experimental sites (all P> 0.05). The combined cost of MNSC of 100 m2 per application is 15.03 yuan and the comprehensive cost of WPN per 100 m2 of applications is 16.29 yuan. Conclusion MNSC is effective in controlling snails and has low cost of use and little impact on the environment. It is a worthy promotion and application of molluscicides.
