央企“十二豪门”人工最高成本12万

2005年度中央企业财务统计年报显示,2005年度,169家中央企业共获利6276.5亿元,同比增长了27.9%。利润排名前40家企业,瓜分了6000多亿元央企利润中的95%,其中有12家企业利润超过了100亿元,囊括了央企总利润的78.8%。这“十二豪门”主要来自石油石化、冶盒、通信、煤炭、交通运输和电力系统,即传统的煤、电、油、运行业。“十二豪门”财大气粗的后面,是央企员工令人艳羡的收入。夺得“十二豪门”人工成本头把交椅的中国移动,11.2万人花掉了136.7亿元的人工成本,人均12.36万元。“十二豪门”人均人工成本,中位值在6万至7万元之间。而该年度全国职工的平均工资,东部省份是2.24万元,中部地区1.5万元不到。“十二豪门”员工工资是全国平均工资水平的3至4倍。就人工成本增幅而论,中石油集团最为惹眼——人工成本同比增加22.2%,而销售收入同比只增加了19.9%,人工成本增幅高于销售收入的增幅。人工成本“井喷”的不只是中石油一家。在全部169家央企中,人工成本同比增幅高于同期销售收入增幅的企业有72家,人工成本同比增长超过30%的企业有23家。(据《市场报》) According to the 2005 annual report of financial statistics of central enterprises, in the year 2005, 169 central enterprises made a profit of 627.65 billion yuan, a year-on-year increase of 27.9%. With regard to the increase in labor costs, CNPC is the most eye-catching - labor costs increased by 22.2% year-on-year, while sales revenue only increased by 19.9% ​​year-on-year, and labor costs increased more than sales.
