通过溶剂含量的测定,研究了AP/CMDB推进剂药柱工艺溶剂含量的分布规律,测试了不同工艺溶剂含量推进剂的燃速,采用单幅摄像系统拍摄了不同溶剂含量推进剂的燃烧波结构图片。结果表明,药柱内部至表面溶剂含量近似于线性分布;溶剂含量降低,溶剂浓度梯度下降,10~22 MPa推进剂燃速和燃速压强指数提高;溶剂含量降至1.1%以下,燃速趋于恒定。溶剂对AP/CMDB推进剂燃烧性能的影响机理为:溶剂的存在降低了推进剂的燃温和燃烧热值,减少了气相反应区向燃烧表面的反馈热量,使推进剂燃速降低。
The solvent content of AP / CMDB propellant was studied through the determination of solvent content. The burning rate of propellant in different process solvents was tested. The combustion wave structure of propellants with different solvent contents was captured by a single camera system image. The results showed that the content of solvent inside the column to the surface was approximately linear, the content of solvent was decreased, the concentration of solvent was decreased, the burning rate and burning rate pressure index increased from 10 to 22 MPa, the content of solvent decreased below 1.1% Constant. The effect mechanism of solvent on the combustion performance of AP / CMDB propellant is that the existence of solvent reduces the combustion temperature and combustion calorific value of propellant, reduces the feedback heat of gas phase reaction area to combustion surface, and reduces the burning rate of propellant.
