伤寒并发肝损害的临床报道日益增多,本文就我科1983年3月～1984年6月间,经病原学证实的15例伤寒住院病人的临床与肝活体组织检查的结果作一分析。一、病例选择:1.有伤寒的临床表现;2.血清肥达氏反应阳性,第二次复查凝集效价成倍递增;
The clinical reports of 15 cases of typhoid fever admitted to our department from March 1983 to June 1984 were retrospectively analyzed. Results of the clinical and liver biopsy were analyzed. First, the case selection: 1. Clinical manifestations of typhoid fever; 2. Serum fat Dahre’s positive, the second review of agglutination potency increased exponentially;
