采用VA—90气态氢化物装置与WFX-1D型原于吸收分光光度计联用测定食品及水质中的痕量铅,特征浓度1.1μg/L,检出限0.65μg/L,曲线回归相关系数Y=0.9996,异变系数3.5%~7.2%,回收率96%~104.5%。
The trace amount of lead in food and water quality was determined by the combination of VA-90 gas hydride device and WFX-1D original absorption spectrophotometer. The characteristic concentration was 1.1μg / L, the detection limit was 0.65μg / L, the regression coefficient Y = 0.9996, the coefficient of variation is 3.5% -7.2% and the recovery is 96% -104.5%.
