今年以来,常德市消防支队在“学天津消防,建三湘铁军”活动中,闻风而动,真抓实干,取得了明显的成效。 一、抓宣传发动,造成浩大的声势。 （一）把“学天”活动作为今年工作主线,层层开会动员。元月上旬,支队召开办公会研究全年工作时,提出了“学天津消防部队,建常德消防铁军”的口号,成立了学天津消防活动领导小组和学天办公室。元月下旬,万深涛政委向前来支队机关进行春节慰回的市委、市政府领导汇报了全市消防工作情况,尤其是学天津消防活动
