对75例糖尿病患者有效肾血浆流量(ERPF)的变化进行多因素分析,并观察其中30例接受山莨菪碱加糖尿病常规治疗4周后的肾功能改变。结果显示,年龄、病程、高血糖和肾脏微血管病是ERPF变化的主要影响因素;山莨菪碱等综合治疗可双相调节ERPF,同时降低肾小球滤过分数(FF)、尿蛋白和尿白蛋白排泄,而对肾小球滤过率无显著性影响。故认为山莨宕碱能有效改善肾内血流动力学异常及肾功能,使其并用于糖尿病的常规治疗之中有助于糖尿病肾病的防治。
Multivariate analysis was performed on the changes of effective renal plasma flow (ERPF) in 75 diabetic patients and the change of renal function was observed in 30 of them after 4 weeks of routine treatment with anisodamine and diabetes mellitus. The results showed that age, course of disease, hyperglycemia and renal microangiopathy were the main influencing factors of ERPF. The combined treatment of anisodamine and so on could biphasic regulate ERPF and reduce the glomerular filtration fraction (FF), urinary protein and urinary white Protein excretion, but no significant effect on glomerular filtration rate. Therefore, the anophelesolide can effectively improve renal hemodynamic abnormalities and renal function, make it and used in the routine treatment of diabetes contribute to the prevention and treatment of diabetic nephropathy.
