目的:探讨心率快慢在64层螺旋CT冠状动脉血管成像中的重要性。方法:将96例患者按心率≤70次/min,>70次/min分为2组,对患者进行信号编辑,结合回顾性心电门控技术和后处理工作站重组编辑后图像。结果:心率≤70次/min组,可用于诊断的血管为852节段,占95.5%(852/892节段)。心率>70次/min组,可用于诊断的血管为48节段,占77.4%(48/62节段)。结论:心率≤70次/min时,可以明显改善64层螺旋CT冠状动脉血管成像质量。
Objective: To investigate the importance of heart rate in 64-slice spiral CT coronary angiography. Methods: Ninety-six patients were divided into two groups according to heart rate≤70 beats / min and> 70 beats / min. The patients were edited by signal, combined with retrospective ECG gating technology and post-processing workstation to recombine the edited images. Results: The heart rate ≤ 70 beats / min group, the available blood vessels for the diagnosis of 852 segments, accounting for 95.5% (852/892 segments). Heart rate> 70 beats / min group, the available diagnostic blood vessels for the 48 segments, accounting for 77.4% (48/62 segments). Conclusion: Coronary artery imaging with 64-slice spiral CT can be significantly improved when the heart rate is less than or equal to 70 beats / min.
