目的:了解许昌市区餐饮具消毒卫生状况。方法:根据《食(饮)具消毒卫生标准》对许昌市220家各类餐厅、26家学校食堂和7家餐具消毒公司消毒后备用的餐具进行抽样。结果:两次共检测样品8810份,合格7956份,合格率为90.3%;大型酒店2258份,合格2116份,合格率为93.7%;学校食堂1886份,合格1763份,合格率为93.5%;中小型餐厅4408份,合格3809份,合格率为86.4%。结论:中小型餐厅合格率较低,应加大对其的监督管理力度。
Objective: To understand the city of Xuchang tableware disinfection health status. Methods: According to “food (drinking) with disinfection health standards” on the 220 restaurants in Xuchang City, 26 school canteens and seven tableware disinfection company disinfected spare tableware for sampling. Results: 8810 samples were tested twice, 7956 samples were passed, the pass rate was 90.3%; 2,258 large hotels, 2116 pass, pass rate was 93.7%; school canteens 1886, pass 1763, pass rate was 93.5%; 4408 small and medium-sized restaurants, qualified 3809 copies, the passing rate of 86.4%. Conclusion: The qualified rate of small and medium-sized restaurants is relatively low, and its supervision and management should be strengthened.
