食品饮料及设备蔬菜腌渍器(专利号:ZL 01 2 69129.1)蔬菜腌渍器是一种新型的专门用于腌制蔬菜的工具,已经取得国家专利。专利局于2002年9月11日在第(37)期的专利公报上对该专利进行了公告。现专利权人愿将该专利有偿转让,或授权许可相关厂商用于生产。本蔬菜腌渍器克服了现有腌渍器皿技术上的不足,具有以下特点:①可将洗净切好的各种蔬菜原料,分门别类盛放在同一蔬菜腌渍器中而互不混杂。取用时,可随意按腌渍时间的先后顺序取出所需品种的蔬菜即可食用。②取用时,无须借助其它捞取工具进行快捷操作,减少了腌渍液与外界空气接触的时间,避免了腌渍液因接触不洁取食工具等
