建立了湿法消解-原子荧光分析法测定椰汁饮料中锡含量的不确定度评定方法,探寻实验方法中不确定度的主要影响因素。参考方法GB/T 5009.16-2003对椰汁饮料样品进行平行检测,建立数学模型,系统地分析和计算各不确定度分量。结果表明样品检测重复性和回收率的不确定度是导致该方法不确定度产生的主要影响因素,其余因素影响较小。
The method of evaluating the uncertainty of determination of tin content in coconut juice by wet digestion-atomic fluorescence spectrometry was established, and the main influencing factors of the uncertainty in the experimental method were explored. Reference method GB / T 5009.16-2003 parallel detection of coconut drink samples, the establishment of mathematical models to systematically analyze and calculate the components of the uncertainty. The results show that the uncertainty of sample detection repeatability and recovery is the main factor that leads to the uncertainty of the method, and the other factors have less influence.
