我院自1990年至1992年,应用上海施贵宝制药有限公司生产的开搏通治疗充血性心力衰竭37例,取得较满意疗效,现报道如下: 一般资料 1.对象 本组共37例。男22例,女15例。年龄36～79岁,平均65.13岁。冠心病24例,其中急性心肌梗塞3例,冠心病伴高血压16例。风心病4例,扩张性心肌病4例。肺心病4例,其中肺心病伴肺性脑病2例,房缺1例。心功能Ⅱ级者10例,Ⅲ级者22例,Ⅳ级者5例。
Our hospital from 1990 to 1992, the application of Shanghai Squibb Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. produced captopril treatment of congestive heart failure in 37 cases, to obtain more satisfactory efficacy, are reported as follows: General information 1. The object of this group a total of 37 cases. There were 22 males and 15 females. Age 36 to 79 years old, average 65.13 years old. 24 cases of coronary heart disease, including 3 cases of acute myocardial infarction, coronary heart disease with hypertension in 16 cases. 4 cases of rheumatic heart disease, 4 cases of dilated cardiomyopathy. Pulmonary heart disease in 4 cases, of which pulmonary heart disease with pulmonary encephalopathy in 2 cases, atrial septal defect in 1 case. 10 cases of cardiac function grade Ⅱ, Ⅲ grade in 22 cases, Ⅳ grade in 5 cases.
