换热是化工和炼油装置回收热能、降低能耗的一个主要措施。但是,计算换热器的传热系数、面积和压降比较费时问。本文提出了一个简便、快速的计算方法,可在几小时内完成一个换热流程中十几组换热器的面积和压降的计算。此法系采用《冷换设备工艺计算》一书中所提出的换热器工艺计算方法,并据此编制出计算图。计算者只要根据顺序,将查图或计算出的数据填入表内,即可以很快地得到结果。
Heat exchange is a major measure for heat recovery and energy reduction in chemical and refining plants. However, it takes time to calculate the heat transfer coefficient, area and pressure drop of the heat exchanger. This paper presents a simple and fast calculation method that can calculate the area and pressure drop of more than a dozen heat exchangers in a heat exchange process in a few hours. This method adopts the calculation method of the heat exchanger technology proposed in the book “Process Calculation of Cold Exchange Equipment”, and compiles the calculation chart accordingly. The operator can quickly obtain the result by simply filling in the chart or calculated data into the table according to the order.
