通过对 LD—60型冷轧管机的现场测试以及实验数据分析,说明了 LD 型冷轧管机有它自己的变形特点。轧制过程中变形量沿宏观变形区长度上的分配,影响金属在变形工作锥上的硬化过程、轧制力参数以及变形工具的使用寿命。本文在实验研究的基础上,提出了在 LD 型冷轧管机变形区上力参数的合理分布原则,并据此提出相对减壁量沿宏观变形区长度上的分配原则。
The LD-60 cold rolling mill machine field test and experimental data analysis shows that the LD cold rolling mill has its own deformation characteristics. The distribution of deformation during the rolling process along the length of the macroscopic deformation zone affects the hardening process of the metal on the deformation working cone, the rolling force parameters and the service life of the deformation tool. Based on the experimental research, this paper presents the principle of reasonable distribution of the force parameters in the deformation zone of LD cold rolling mill, and proposes the principle of the distribution of the relative reduction along the length of the macroscopic deformation zone.
