股份制与现代企业制度的区别,首先体现在企业的组织形式上。国际上通常把现代企业分类为独资企业、合伙企业和公司企业,而股份制仅仅涉及其中的公司企业。因此就股份制和现代企业制度两者的关系而论,它们之间首先是一种涵盖关系,即现代企业制度涵盖股份制度。另一方面,在实践中,无论是在历史上还是在现代社会,非股份制企业都是大量存在的,而且具有存在的合理性。目前我国企业组织形式除上述几种外,还存在国有企业、民营企业、股份合作制企业等等。这些企业组织形式的存在都是符合我国国情和目前生产力发展
The difference between the joint-stock system and the modern enterprise system is first reflected in the organizational form of the company. Internationally, modern enterprises are usually classified into sole proprietorships, partnerships, and corporations, while the joint stock system only involves corporations. Therefore, as far as the relationship between the shareholding system and the modern enterprise system is concerned, the relationship between them is first of all a kind of covering relationship, that is, the modern enterprise system covers the stock system. On the other hand, in practice, both in history and in modern society, non-joint-stock companies are abundant and have the existence of reasonableness. At present, in addition to the above-mentioned categories, there are also state-owned enterprises, private enterprises, and stock cooperative enterprises. The existence of these organizational forms is in line with China’s national conditions and the current development of productivity.
