社会公众心理作为一种不系统、不定型、自发的和比较直接的社会意识,是人们在社会生活和社会交往中形成的。社会公众心理既是了解社会的重要窗口,也是衡量社会发展的重要尺度。因此,政府应从引导公众进行自我调适、采取积极措施保障公众利益和提高政府合法性与公众认同感三方面对社会公众心理进行调适,实现社会的稳定、协调发展。
As a kind of social consciousness that is not systematic, unstructured, spontaneous and relatively direct, social public psychology is formed by people in social life and social interaction. Social psychology is not only an important window for understanding the society, but also an important yardstick for measuring social development. Therefore, the government should adjust the public psychology from the aspects of leading the public to self-adjustment, adopting positive measures to protect the public interest and enhancing the government’s legitimacy and public’s recognition, so as to achieve social stability and coordinated development.
