随着胜利油田勘探开发进程的进一步加快,对精细化管理、精细化服务的要求越来越高。机关作为权力部门,对创造最佳的发展环境,争取有利的经营政策,发挥有力的参谋助手作用,更好地为领导和基层服务,为油田勘探开发服务,起着至关重要的作用。当前和今后一个时期,摆在油田各级机关面前的首要问题就是转变工作作风,强化服务意识,创新学习方法,不断提高胜任本职工作的能力和水平。
As the exploration and development process of Shengli Oilfield further accelerates, the requirements for fine management and fine service are getting higher and higher. As a power department, organs play a crucial role in creating the best development environment, striving for favorable business policies, playing a strong role as assistant to the staff, better serving the leadership and grass-roots units and serving oilfield exploration and development. At present and for a period in the future, the most important issue before the organs at all levels in the oilfield is to change their work style, enhance their sense of service, innovate their learning methods and constantly improve their abilities and level of their own work.
