工学结合人才培养模式是高职教育发展的内在要求,现已成为我国高等职业教育积极倡导和推进的一项非常重要的人才培养理念。而当下的高职院校在教学内容设置以及在教学方法选择上都忽视了工学结合的重要性,且教学改革的进度缓慢。笔者针对传统高职院校教学管理的现状以及存在的问题,对影响高职院校工学结合教学管理水平的因素进行分析,并对工学结合教学管理体系构建进行了深入探讨。
The combination of work and study is the inherent requirement of the development of higher vocational education. Now it has become a very important concept of talent cultivation that our higher vocational education actively advocates and promotes. However, the current higher vocational colleges ignore the importance of the combination of work and study in the setting of teaching contents and teaching methods, and the progress of teaching reform is slow. In view of the status quo and existing problems of teaching management in traditional higher vocational colleges, the author analyzes the factors that affect the combination of work and study teaching in higher vocational colleges and probes into the construction of teaching management system combining work with learning.
