联合国教科文卫组织“面向21世纪教育国际研讨会”指出,21世纪的大学生除了接受传统意义上的学术教育和职业教育外,还应当拥有第三本护照——创业教育。在高等教育开始步入大众化教育的时代,大学生就业形势日趋严峻,而高职院校更是首当其冲;而司法类高职警官院校如何顺应时代潮流,培养学生的创业意识,提升学生的社会生存能力,成为该类院校教育工作者共同关注的课题。
The UNESCO International Symposium on 21st Century Education pointed out that in the 21st century, undergraduates should have a third passport, a pioneering education, in addition to their traditional academic education and vocational education.
