习主席2015年7月24日在中华全国青年联合会第十二届委员会全体会议上说过:“道德之于个人,之于社会,都具有基础性意义,做人做事第一位是崇德修身”。现在的中学生不尊重家长和老师、不团结同学甚至侮辱同学、没有集体主义观念、没有环境保护意识的大有人在,道德素质亟待提高。《弟子规》内容浅显易懂、道德准则全面、具体、好记忆、好操作,它是我国古代著名的童蒙读物,是很好的德育教育材料。把《弟子规》融入初中思想品德课是对初中德育内容很好的补充。把传统文化应用到现代教育中,弥补了现代教育的短板,可以更好地继承统文化,让老祖宗的遗产发扬光大。

The application of traditional culture to modern education has made up for the shortcomings of modern education and can better inherit the traditional culture and make the heritage of our ancestors flourish.
