金山热电厂于七九年开始在φ3000毫米的离子交换器上采用无压法逆流再生,运行至今情况良好。与应用空气顶压或水顶压的方法相比可节约电和水,并能简化附属设备、减少投资。最近,杨树浦发电厂对无压法逆流再生的条件进行了中型试验。试验的结果是:当排液管小孔流速在0.1米/秒左右、排液管上部压脂层高度大于70毫米时(大型设备为安全可靠起见可增加压脂层高度为100~200毫米),即可达到再生时树脂不乱层的效果。
