我国住宅楼,多数是水泥地面。居室内六个面,地面是经常受踩踏摩擦的。水泥地面容易沾灰。如果罩上一层塑料彩色涂料,可使地面易于保持清洁,增加美观,而且经久耐用。这种塑料水泥彩色地面是一种用有机高分子聚合物、水泥、颜料等配制而成的厚质涂料,用简易的刮涂方法,涂布在水泥地面上,形成光洁美观的地面装饰涂层。它具有操作简便、耐磨、成本低等特点,特别适合于住宅建筑以改善居住条件,也是一项处理地面起砂等质量问题
