用大剂量电离辐射破坏小鼠一侧肢体的骨髓造血组织,在完整机体调节下,伤肢造血重建很快完成。其重建造血机制,除了目前公认的体内其它未受损伤的造血组织内造血干细胞向伤肢迁徙、定居并增殖外,还有环境因素的作用。本文发现并提出在造血重建过程中,骨内膜或骨质内细胞成分很可能起有重要作用。它提示我们,作为支持造血实质细胞机能的微环境核心成分——基质细胞有可能起源于骨内膜或骨皮质。
With large doses of ionizing radiation to destroy bone marrow in one side of the mouse hematopoietic tissue in the regulation of the complete body, limb injury hematopoietic reconstructions quickly completed. Its reconstruction of hematopoietic mechanism, in addition to the currently recognized body of other uninjured hematopoietic tissue in the hematopoietic stem cells migrate to the injured limbs, colonization and proliferation, but also the role of environmental factors. This paper finds and suggests that endometrial or intraosseous cellular components may play an important role in the process of hematopoietic reconstitution. It prompts us that, as a core component of the microenvironment supporting the function of hematopoietic cells, stromal cells may originate from the endothelium or cortical bone.
