芥子气对机体免疫或造血器官具有明显的破坏作用;对非特异性细胞免疫和体液免疫功能亦有明显的抑制作用,特别是对淋巴细胞。芥子气对于特异性免疫T淋巴细胞和B淋巴细胞的损伤以及这些细胞损伤后的恢复规律,尚未见公开报导。为了解芥子气中毒后机体的T淋巴细胞的变化情况,以及改进对芥子气中毒的预防和治疗措施提供一些依据,我们观察了非致死剂量芥子气皮下中毒时小白鼠外周血T淋巴细胞的变化,并对胸腺、脾脏等的改变进行了相应的观察,现将实验结果报告如下。
