8月23日下午,山西省整治吃拿卡要问题、创优发展环境领导组办公室召开第二次新闻发布会,通报了全省专项整治工作进展情况,公布了一批利用决策权、审批权、执法权“吃拿卡要”的典型案件。截至今年8月,全省已经排查线索1752条,查办典型案件658件,处理处分违纪干部881人,其中县处级干部25人,乡科级及以下干部856人;给予党纪处分455人,政纪处分451人,其他处理102人,同时还有17人移送司法机关追究刑事责任。分析这次专项整治查办的案件,主要呈现四个特点:一
