为探讨经颅多普勒超声对椎-基底动脉供血不足患者的诊断及评定价值,按临床诊断标准收集椎-基底动脉供血不足患者80例,对照组为年龄相近的健康人51例,采用MT-1000型彩色经颅多普勒超声仪对基底动脉、椎动脉、大脑后动脉、大脑前动脉和大脑中动脉的血流速度、搏动指数及血流频谱图像进行检测分析。结果:疾病组椎-基底动脉流速明显低于对照组(P<0.001),且搏动指数值增高(P<0.05)。疾病组经颅多普勒超声异常率为80%(64例/80例),以椎-基底动脉流速降低为主要特点。发作期异常率(89.3%)高于缓解期(65.4%)。提示:经颅多普勒超声可作为椎-基底动脉供血不足患者诊断及康复评定的可靠依据。
To explore the diagnosis and evaluation value of transcranial Doppler echocardiography in patients with vertebro-basilar insufficiency, 80 patients with vertebral-basilar insufficiency were collected according to the clinical diagnostic criteria. The control group was 51 healthy subjects with similar age. The MT -1000 color transcranial Doppler ultrasound was used to detect and analyze the blood flow velocity, pulsatility index and blood flow spectrum in basilar artery, vertebral artery, posterior cerebral artery, anterior cerebral artery and middle cerebral artery. Results: The velocity of vertebrobasilar artery in disease group was significantly lower than that in control group (P <0.001), and the pulsatility index increased (P <0.05). The abnormal rate of transcranial Doppler ultrasound in the disease group was 80% (64 cases / 80 cases), and the reduction of vertebrobasilar artery velocity was the main feature. The abnormal rate of attack (89.3%) was higher than that of remission (65.4%). Tip: Transcranial Doppler ultrasound can be used as vertebrobasilar artery insufficiency in the diagnosis and rehabilitation assessment of reliable basis.
