本文论证铁路通信在组网过程中涉及到的设备选型、网络规划、网络结构等问题，同时提出了铁路电信管理网模式的设想。
This paper argues the issues of equipment selection, network planning and network structure involved in the railway network construction process. At the same time, it proposes the assumption of the model of railway telecommunications management network.
