1984年12月～1988年3月,我院收治脐尿管罕见疾病4例,报告如下: 例1 男,70岁。因排尿踌躇、下腹部肿块,曾于1984年4月12日住院。当时体检:耻骨上方可触及3×4 cm肿块;B超示肿块位于膀胱上前方,中央有液性暗区。尿常规(-)。胃肠钡透提示肿块位于肠道外。患者拒绝进一步检查而自动出院。1985年5月26日拟诊为“急性腹膜炎”而急行手术。术中发现腹腔内有较多胶冻状物质,膀胱顶部
