目的探析微生态制剂对新生儿高胆红素血症的预防作用。方法 186例足月新生儿,根据随机法分为对照组和干预组,每组93例。对照组新生儿未进行任何干预,干预组新生儿出生12 h内给予口服微生态制剂双岐四联活菌片进行干预。对比两组新生儿高胆红素血症的发生率。结果干预组新生儿高胆红素血症的发生率为12.90%,明显低于对照组的33.33%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论口服微生态制剂对新生儿高胆红素血症有一定的预防作用,值得在临床上推广应用。
Objective To explore the preventive effect of probiotics on neonatal hyperbilirubinemia. Methods A total of 186 full-term newborns were divided into control group and intervention group according to the randomized method, with 93 cases in each group. The control group of newborns without any intervention, the intervention group of newborns within 12 h after oral administration of probiotics Bifidobacterium probiotics intervention. The incidence of neonatal hyperbilirubinemia was compared between the two groups. Results The incidence of neonatal hyperbilirubinemia in the intervention group was 12.90%, which was significantly lower than that in the control group (33.33%), the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion Oral administration of probiotics on neonatal hyperbilirubinemia has a certain preventive effect, it is worth to promote the clinical application.
