本文从中国传统文化的构成出发,分析了中国传统文化的精神与特征,指出作为世界上唯一的延续性文化,中国文化也是世界文化不可分割的组成部分。在当今世界全球化程度日益加深的背景下,全球化的发展促使英语语言文化变得越来越强势。他山之石,可以攻玉,因此,以英语语言文化为平台,通过报纸、书籍、网络、广播、电视以及开设孔子学院等途径推动中西文化交流,促进中国文化走向世界。
Starting from the composition of Chinese traditional culture, this paper analyzes the spirit and characteristics of Chinese traditional culture and points out that as the only continuity culture in the world, Chinese culture is also an integral part of world culture. In the context of the increasingly globalized world in today’s world, the development of globalization has made English language and culture more and more powerful. Therefore, taking English language and culture as a platform, we can promote the exchange of Chinese and Western cultures and promote the Chinese culture to the world through newspapers, books, the Internet, radio, television and the establishment of the Confucius Institute.
