目的:探讨补佳乐(戊酸雌二醇)联合卡孕栓(卡前列甲酯栓)在绝经后取环中的应用效果。方法:将绝经后要求取环患者160例随机分为研究组及对照组,各组80例;研究组术前7天每天口服补佳乐1mg,术前30分钟肛门放置卡孕栓500μg;对照组未做特殊处理。结果:取环成功率:研究组96.25%,对照组61.25%(P<0.01)。结论:补佳乐联合卡孕栓可软化、松弛宫颈,使取环容易操作,提高取环成功率。
Objective: To investigate the effect of nadrogol (estradiol valerate) combined with carbamazepine (carbamazepine suppository) on the ring after menopause. Methods: One hundred and sixty patients with postmenopausal patients were randomly divided into study group and control group, with 80 cases in each group. The study group was given oral gavage 1 mg daily for 7 days before operation and 500 μg for carboplatin in the anus for 30 minutes before operation. Group not special treatment. Results: The success rate of the loop was 96.25% in the study group and 61.25% in the control group (P <0.01). CONCLUSION: Bujiale combined with card pregnant suppository can soften and relax the cervix, so that the ring can be easily manipulated and the success rate of loop extraction can be improved.
