随着医疗技术的不断发展,脑转移瘤的诊出率越来越高,其中囊性脑转移瘤所占比例也较高。囊性脑转移瘤因病情急,占位效应明显,是医学上亟待解决的问题。本文对囊性脑转移瘤的形成及特点、治疗进展及疗效进行了综述。比较了立体定向穿刺结合伽玛刀、开放性手术、全脑放疗和化疗等治疗方案的优缺点,并总结分析了大量临床工作者的研究成果。选择合适的治疗方案,快速解除囊性脑转移瘤占位效应所引起的神经症状,以提高患者生活质量、延长生存期。
With the continuous development of medical technology, the diagnosis rate of brain metastases is getting higher and higher, and the proportion of cystic brain metastases is also higher. Cystic brain metastases due to acute illness, occupying significant effect, is the medical problem to be solved. This article summarizes the formation and characteristics of cystic brain metastases, treatment progress and efficacy. The advantages and disadvantages of stereotactic aspiration combined with Gamma Knife, open surgery, whole brain radiotherapy and chemotherapy were compared, and the research results of a large number of clinical workers were summarized. Select the appropriate treatment options, rapid removal of cystic brain metastases tumor mass effect caused by neurological symptoms, in order to improve the quality of life of patients and prolong survival.
