有一个做人力资源的朋友,颇为无奈地告诉我,每年的求职季节,她总要为贸贸然的求职者苦恼不已。这些求职者诚意十足,却有一个致使的弱点——搞不清楚方向。明明性格拘谨,却来应聘销售;明明特立独行,却来应聘公关部人员;明明技术欠佳,口才一流,却明珠暗投,把简历发到研发部门去……有什么不对吗?有的同学觉得委屈,多多益善,没准儿多赢得一两次面试。但这不也在浪费自己宝贵的时间吗?与其四处奔走做无用功,不如沉下心来仔细研究两点:一、自己的兴趣与强项;二、用人单位的招工条件。把两者结合起来,集中精力掷飞镖,是不是更有可能掷中的理想国?
