高校院系资料室是学院(系)广大师生获取文献的重要媒介,也是广大老师进行科学研究的重要场所。在改革进一步向纵深发展的新形势下,高校院系资料室应该在思想观念、工作重点、业务管理等诸多方面进行改革,以适应日益发展的客观需求。
The college faculty reference room is an important medium for faculty and students to obtain literature and is also an important place for teachers to carry out scientific research. Under the new situation that the reform should further develop in depth, the reference rooms of colleges and departments should carry out reforms in many aspects, such as ideology and concepts, priorities of work and business management, in order to meet the objective needs of the ever-increasing development.
