20 0 2年 6月 14日 ,中共哈尔滨工业大学党委发起并组织召开了“学习落实江泽民 4.2 8讲话”座谈会 ,哈尔滨工业大学党委副书记李绍滨教授 ,黑龙江省社会科学院副院长步平研究员 ,黑龙江省社科院社会学研究所所长董鸿扬研究员 ,哈尔滨师范大学博士葛志毅教授、唐纯良教授 ,黑龙江大学行哲学与公共管理学院院长何颖教授 ,哈尔滨工业大学人文与社会科学学院院长姜振寰教授、王雅林教授、高长春教授和在哈部分高校社会科学工作者参加了座谈会。与会者对江泽民 4.2 8讲话精神进行了学习和研讨 ,一致认为 ,江主席的讲话对发展哲学社会科学具有重要意义 ,是促进国家现代化建设、提高全民族文化素质的重要举措。本刊对部分同志的发言作以摘发。
On June 14, 2002, the party committee of Harbin Institute of Technology initiated and organized a forum called “Learning to Implement Jiang Zemin’s 4.2.8 Speech”, Professor Li Shaobin, Deputy Secretary of Party Committee of Harbin Institute of Technology, and Professor Bu Ping, Vice President of Heilongjiang Academy of Social Sciences, He Honglong Academy of Social Sciences Research Institute of Dong Hongyang researcher, Harbin Normal University Ph.D. Professor Ge Zhiyi, Professor Tang Chunliang, Heilongjiang University School of Philosophy and Public Administration Dean Professor He Ying, Harbin Institute of Technology School of Humanities and Social Sciences Jiang Zhenhuan Professor, Professor Wang Yalin, Professor Gao Changchun and some social science workers in HE universities attended the symposium. Participants learned and discussed the spirit of Jiang Zemin’s speech on August 8, and they all agreed that Chairman Jiang’s speech is of great significance to the development of philosophy and social sciences and is an important measure for promoting the country’s modernization and raising the overall cultural quality of the entire nation.
