用透射电镜测定了经不同热处理后的碳化物尺寸。用统计分析方法分析了碳化物尽寸分布规律和热处理工艺之间的关系。碳化物尺寸分段符合正态分布和Weibull分布。
The size of carbide after different heat treatments was measured by transmission electron microscopy. The statistical analysis method was used to analyze the relationship between the maximum distribution of carbides and the heat treatment process. Carbide size segmentation follows the normal distribution and Weibull distribution.
