测定了电磁搅拌技术制备的纳米TiC颗粒增强ZA35合金(即ZA35/TiC)与ZA35合金弹性模量和泊松比,并以相同结构尺寸轴套为例,通过ANSYS软件分析了上述两种材料制造的结构件动态性能。结果表明,与ZA35相比,ZA35/TiC轴套的各阶固有频率均有较大提高;在高速重载等要求结构具有良好减振降噪性的工程应用领域,ZA35/TiC合金比ZA35更具有优越性。
The elastic modulus and Poisson’s ratio of ZA35 alloy (ZA35 / TiC) and ZA35 alloy reinforced by nano-TiC particles prepared by electromagnetic stirring technique were measured. Taking the same size bushings as an example, the mechanical properties of these two materials were analyzed by ANSYS software Structural dynamic performance. The results show that compared with ZA35, ZA35 / TiC sleeve natural frequency has greatly improved; in high-speed heavy load and other structures require good vibration and noise reduction engineering applications, ZA35 / TiC alloy more than the ZA35 Has advantages.
