矿井高压电网的安全运行,虽有诸多方面的因素,但其中以单相接地的保护及措施最为重要.对于6kV供电网络大的矿井,由于出线回路多,单相接地的机率也多,当供电网络的电容电流超过20安时,因单相接地故障造成设备损坏及事故的机率也多.因此,对单相接地电容电流加以限制,是保证矿井6kV电网安全运行必不可少的条件.限制单相接地电容电流措施之一:采用消弧线圈进行补偿.霍县矿务局白龙矿井采用交流电机驱动,无级调节电感的消弧线圈,用以补偿电容电流,可实现手动和电动闭锁操作、电动远方和就地操作,参见图1.该设备由罗马尼亚引进,与我国生产的消弧线圈相比,其主要区别在于具有可移动的铁芯,通过电感的调节来改变补偿电流的大小,以使消弧线圈工作在最佳状态.由于6kV网络的供电状况是变化的,其电容电流的大小也是相应变化的,如果能有电容电流的检测装置,那么此种消弧线圈便可实现跟踪等补偿.
