何谓奖励?有人把它仅仅理解为颁发奖金、奖品、奖状、奖旗等等,这是狭义的也是不全面的。心理学家认为,在行为发生后给予某种刺激,当这种刺激具有维持或增强行为倾向的效果时就叫做奖励。(参阅《简明心理学辞典》,杨清主编)运用现代管理理论的概念,我以为社会对人们良好行为或成果的积极肯定的信息反馈都可以称之为奖励。它既包括物质的,如奖金、奖品、提薪、分房子等,也包括精神的,如表扬、授勋、上报,拍电影电视等;同时,也包括物质和精神合一
