船舶尾轴的辛泼来克司密封环形状非常复杂,用一般方法难以进行分析。本文用有限元法对船舶尾轴密封环的变形和受力进行了分析计算,并通过实验对计算结果进行了验证,证明用有限元法计算密封环的变形和受力是可行的。文中计算了密封环的变形、应力分布、唇口径向力和唇口接触宽度,并分析了他们之间的相互关系和影响因素。实验和计算的结果表明,密封环安装后的几何形状与原设计有较大差别,压力对密封环的变形和唇口径向力均有很大影响。
Sinter Reichstag sealing rings on the stern shaft of the ship are complex and difficult to analyze in the usual way. In this paper, the deformation and stress of the seal ring of the stern shaft of the ship are analyzed and calculated by the finite element method. The calculation results are verified through experiments. It is proved that it is feasible to calculate the deformation and force of the seal ring by the finite element method. In this paper, the deformation of ring, the stress distribution, the lip lip force and the lip contact width were calculated, and their mutual relations and influencing factors were analyzed. The experimental results show that the geometry of the seal ring is different from the original one. The pressure exerts a great influence on the deformation of the seal ring and the radial force of lip lip.
