江西省林业厅非常重视创建生态文化示范村(基地)工作,2013年5月开始创建工作并同时下发具体创建评选办法。从阳春3月到中秋前夕,本人与同事对江西90余个村进行实地调研,受益匪浅。对生态文明示范村的要求,首先是生态,具体表现为村口有古树,村内有古树,村山有护村林(后龙山)。次者是文明。没有文化谈不上文明,具体表现为有村内有祠堂,村民朴实、和谐,至于示范带头作用,我的理解是在生态、文化兼顾的基础上的。当地有固定的经济来源。此次的评选较
