编者按:师德教育是当前中小学教师教育的重要内容和核心模块。它是教师习得道德认知、涵养职业操守、确立职业信念、坚定道德意志的重要途径,也是一名“教师”成其为“好教师”的根本性前提。当前,师德培训越来越受到重视。但毋庸置疑,种种原因致使当前的中小学师德培训面临着多重困境。如何树立科学的培训理念,开辟新的路径,努力探索师德培训的模式创新?这是当前师德培训需要研究的课题。
Editor’s Note: Ethics education is an important content and core module of primary and secondary teacher education. It is an important way for teachers to acquire moral cognition, practice ethics, establish professional beliefs and strengthen their moral will. It is also a fundamental prerequisite for a teacher to become a good teacher. At present, teacher training more and more attention. But there is no doubt that various reasons have caused the current primary and secondary school teacher training faced with multiple dilemmas. How to foster a scientific concept of training, open up new paths, and strive to explore the model of ethics training innovation? This is the current ethics training needs research.
